Dr. Smith and her family will be welcoming a new baby into their family in August. Dr Smith will be going on maternity leave beginning August 11th. At this time we are not accepting new patients.
We will have a waitlist for existing and new patients, giving priority to our existing patients.
The office will remain open for sales and adjustments.
